Description - The Town of Stettler is inviting qualified proponents to submit a proposal to complete a receiving water quality assessment for the portion of Red Willow Creek downstream from the Town of Stettler's wastewater effluent release outlet.The assessment w ill address the following:1. Determine assimilative capacity of Red Willow Creek after the location of the existing treated wasterwater discharge and determine the mixing zone allowed based on the existing parameters of the effluent2. Determine the mixing zone allowed to establish compliance limits of treated effluent discharges3. Complete a Receiving Stream Sensitive Study for the point of existing discharge
