Description - Civida is seeking a qualified real estate brokerage firm to provide comprehensive real estate and commercial leasing services as needed for Civida’s property portfolio as further described in this RFP. The services will generally involve acquisitio n, disposition, and commercial leasing activities to achieve best possible value for Civida and in alignment with Civida’s strategic objectives. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favour of Civida to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for one (1) additional term of up to two (years).
