Description - Description SPECIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL PROVISIONS1. The location of the work to be taken place is located at the DINGMAN Pit #5 located approximately 10miles south of highway 13 on the west side of highway 56. The land is legally described as E1/2-32 -44-19-W4M.2. Mobilization and demobilization shall be lump sum as per bid item #1 in the unit price schedule and if additional equipment is required to complete the contract to specification it shall be at the expense of the contractor. There will be no additional compensation expected of the County for mobilization.3.
