Description - Description The County is planning on upgrading the intersection of Range Road 31 and Springbank Road (Township Road 244) to a roundabout to accommodate the increasing traffic volumes and future growth in the Springbank community west of Calgary. Gra de widening and subgrade preparation are planned to improve the vertical profile of the existing intersection and increase the footprint to accommodate a roundabout with an inscribed circle diameter of approximately 46m. The proposed structure of the roundabout will be 400 mm of granular base course and 150 mm of asphalt.
