Description - Description: This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is an invitation by Red Deer Polytechnic (“RDP”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of full preventative maintenance and site support services for the Combined Heat & Pow er (CHP) Unit on RDP Campus.
