Description - Description: In 2016 the Town of Coaldale installed the curb, underground utilities, road basing, and bottom lift of asphalt for 12th Avenue between 8th Street and 11th Street. The Town is now looking to make any reparations required, install two (2) outstanding lot services, and to complete the paving of the street. There are portions of curb that have settled and that will require replacement. It is also anticipated that there will be areas of the road basing that may also have settled and that will require level course asphalt prior to the top lift being applied. Other areas may require that the entire road structure be removed and replaced to reduce the risk of deficiencies in the final
