Description - Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to procure the services of a qualified firm(s) (the Successful Proponent) to serve as the Technical Advisor for the 6 Street SE Underpass Project, as set forth in the Professional Servic es Agreement. The Technical Advisor will assist CMLC and the Design-Builder in developing the Statement of Requirements and reviewing the Design-Builder’s technical design for compliance with the Statement of Requirements and industry standards.
