Description - Description: This project involves the replacement of asphalt shingles at three (3) provincially owned properties within the City of Edmonton as described in the specifications and drawings attached hereto. Civida manages these properties on behalf o f ASHC. The properties include Kemeyosek II, Hillview III and Lee Ridge II which are townhouse complexes.Bidders may visit the three (3) properties to familiarize themselves with the work and work sites. Bidders will not have access to or be permitted to go onto the roofs.
