Description - Description: The intent of this Tender is to obtain a formal offer to construct and complete the 2024 Transportation Safety Improvement Program - Surface Improvements & Other Work herein referred to as the "Work" in the Town of Stony Plain.The Work o f planned improvements to enhance pedestrian and vehicle safety at selected intersections in the Town of Stony Plain will involve the following:- Forming, placing and finishing concrete islands of various sizes and shapes formed and affixed to the existing asphalt cement pavement wearing surface by means of doweled pins (or, "Pin-On Concrete").- Adjusting existing concrete monolithic sidewalks allowing for new wheelchair ramps.- Supply and instal
