Description - Description: This project involves the replacement of asphalt shingles at two (2) provincially owned properties within the City of Edmonton as described in the specifications and drawings attached hereto. Civida manages these properties on behalf of ASHC. The properties include Meyokumin I and Yellowbird II which are townhouse complexes.Bidders may visit the two (2) properties to familiarize themselves with the work and work sites. Bidders will not have access to or be permitted to go onto the roofs. Bidders must stay on public areas so not to disturb the tenants.A roofing consultant will be retained and responsible for inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.local title:: AB-20
