Description - Description: The City requires an objective, qualified and expert third-party consultant to undertake a comprehensive review of the current Elected Officials Compensation and Resourcing at the City.Specifically, the Consultant will undertake the foll owing key activities:• Develop and present a project work plan that includes an elected officials participation strategy including in-person interview(s), survey(s) for each elected officials and Council as a whole• Conduct research and analysis of major urban Canadian municipalities• Compile information and data that will provide a more accurate overview of the time commitment that is required from individuals who serve as elected official
