Description - Description: The City requires the Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Audio-Visual Equipment across its facilities to lifecycle the City’s current meeting room technological hardware or to equip new buildings or meeting rooms that lack such tech nology.In addition to the supply, delivery, and installation of hardware, the selected proponent will also be responsible for Quality Assurance Services on the City’s current system in its Council Chamber on a quarterly basis.
