Description - ABMC has a requrement to acquire the services of a contractor to provide and implement an established enterprise-class software solution, highly preferably a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) cloud software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, to manage ABMC archival collections through the use of a collections management system (CMS).
