Description - Description: The subject of the contract is the insurance of damage to railway vehicles (hereinafter referred to as the “RKV”) pursuant to Act no. 39/2015 Coll. on Insurance and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to a s “Insurance”) defined in these tender documents.
