Description - Description: The purpose of this notice is to assess the housing provider market interest in working with Flintshire County Council to provide four, four bedroomed houses in the Mold/Buckley and immediate surrounding areas. It is envisaged people wil l be looking to move in to these properties by July 2025.The four bedroom properties will provide housing for approximately twelve to sixteen people. Those people living in these properties will be considered to be vulnerable and will have a diagnosis of a learning disability and require varying levels of support.The support packages will be tendered separately.
