The consulting services (“the Services”) include supporting FMFB-A in developing and implementing a Standard Training Curriculum (STC) to ensure that employees can perform their tasks at high standard and develop their skills. An STC refers to a comprehensive and structured overview of training contents including descriptions of individual training modules used for general employee upskilling at FMFB-A.
