Description - This consultation concerns the acquisition and implementation of a mobile application. The Mayenne Departmental Council wishes to get closer to its citizens by offering access to a multitude of services at their fingertips: a Mayenne mobile applicati on available for all smartphones. The award procedure used is the adapted open procedure (articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1° of the Public Procurement Code). The framework agreement with minimum and maximum is passed in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 to 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
