Description - Description: The consultation concerns the acquisition and maintenance of an IT asset management tool. This is a framework agreement with a single-award purchase order with a minimum and maximum amount.The contract includes a project phase for the de sign, integration and configuration of the solution and a continuous service phase which includes in particular hosting, operating, application support, corrective/preventive maintenance, solution update and evolutionary maintenance services.The contract is concluded for a maximum possible duration of 96 months from the notification of the contract. It includes an initial period of a fixed duration of 48 months and two renewal periods of 24 month
