Description - Description: The consultation concerns the acquisition and maintenance of an IT asset management tool. This is a framework agreement with a single-award purchase order with a minimum and maximum amount. The contract includes a project phase for the d esign, integration and configuration of the solution and a continuous service phase which includes in particular hosting, operating, application support, corrective/preventive maintenance, solution update and evolutionary maintenance services. The contract is concluded for a maximum possible duration of 96 months from notification of the contract. It includes an initial period of a firm duration of 48 months and two renewal periods of 24 months.l
