Description - Description: This consultation concerns the acquisition, maintenance, development and support of a software solution for grant management. The framework agreement with minimum and maximum is entered into in application of Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 216 2-1 to R. 2162-6 to 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will give rise to the issue of purchase orders and the conclusion of subsequent contracts.
