The case management solution must meet the case management requirements of the Public Administration Information Management Act and comply with the Sähke2 recommendation (KA/12266/07.01.01.00/2022) and the information management board's recommendation "Recommendation on case management metadata (2023:76)". The preliminary information announcement includes an invitation to a market dialogue, where suppliers interested in the acquisition have the opportunity to conduct a market dialogue regarding the acquisition with ETK. ETK plans to hold 1 to 3 market dialogue rounds during the end of 2024
