Description - Description: The subject of the procurement is the Debt Collection System as ready-made software for the use of the ELY Centres and the KEHA Centre. The system will be procured as a cloud delivery to the cloud service environment allocated to the KEH A Centre by the State Information and Communications Technology Centre Valtori.The debt collection system monitors the receivables of the ELY Centres and the KEHA Centre that are in the debt collection procedure and are based on various laws. The system covers the following functions:• maintenance of customer data of those liable to repay• maintenance of basic data on the receivable to be recovered• measures included in the debt collection
