Description - Description: Acquisition of a MEB-FIB double-beam microscope with a Galium source for Grenoble INP – Laboratory of Science and Engineering of Materials and Processes (SIMAP). This instrument will be integrated into the SATenAuRA regional platform, joining the atom probe tomography (SAT) acquired and installed as part of the CPER SATenAuRA program.
