Description - The subject of procurement is the construction and implementation of a system for managing GDPR-relevant requests from respondents, consents and data of both individuals and institutions in the primary and secondary segments of the educational system of the Republic of Croatia, as well as higher education institutions from the academic community, using modern, automated and efficient concepts. The CARNET cap system is primarily an information system that manages GDPR requirements and consents, and as a basis for basic functionalities and an integral part of it is an information subsystem for data management.
