Description - Description: The purpose of this contract is the acquisition of adult and youth sound recordings, still and animated images for the media library, newspapers and periodicals, school books and teaching materials for the city. The contract is financed from the municipal budget. This framework agreement will take effect on January 1, 2025 or from its notification date if this is after January 1, 2025, until December 31, 2025. It may be subject to three tacit renewals of one year (from January 1, 2026). The total duration of the contract may not exceed December 31, 2028.
