Description - This contract is awarded for the acquisition of a L2H2 type utility vehicle for the services of the municipality of Biscarrosse. The consultation will result in the conclusion of a simple single-award contract. The contract takes effect on the date o f receipt of the notification by the holder. It is concluded for an initial period of execution which runs from the date of receipt of the notification by the holder until the decision of definitive acceptance of the services by the buyer and following the deadlines presented by the holder and recalled in the act of commitment. Prices are established as a flat rate. They are firm for the entire duration of the market.
