Description - Description: The framework agreement is broken down into 8 distinct lots. The framework agreement fixes all contractual stipulations. It is executed by means of purchase orders under the conditions set out in articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the pub lic procurement code. The framework agreement is multi-attribute of ranks 1 and 2 only for each of the lots 1-2-3-4-5 and 6.
