Description - Acquisition of computer hardware, software, accessories and various services for the services and colleges of the Department of Saône-et-Loire. The services give rise to contracts awarded by single-awarder framework agreements without minimum and wi th maximum, in application of article R.2162-4 2° of the Public Procurement Code with the maximum amounts excluding VAT for 4 years described in Article 2.3 of the consultation regulations. Contracts are concluded for a period of 4 years from their date of notification. Contracts will be executed partly by issuing purchase orders and partly by entering into subsequent contracts.
