Description - Description: Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. For information purposes, lots 3, 4 and 5 of the previous consultation having been declared unsuccessful due to the receipt of irregular offers, these are hereby relaunched. Lots 1 and 2 of the previous consultation are currently being awarded. For lots 3 and 4, these are framework agreements with a maximum entered into in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. They set the conditions for the execution of the services and are executed as and when purchase orders are issued at unit prices. For lot 5, this is an ordinary contract executed at fixed price
