Description - Description: The acquisition is a framework agreement on the procurement of law enforcement and guarding to the metro and tram system, where the commissioned by the Helsinki Metro Transport Oy (Kloy), the City of Helsinki Transport Royess (HKL), Län simetro Oy (Länsimetro), Ruskeasuo Varikkolani Oy (Ruha) and Sammalvuori Metrovarikko Oy (Sammalvuori Metrovarikko). The subscribers make each independent procurement decision, but sign a joint contract with the service provider.
