Description - Description: We request a quotation from you for the property management and outdoor area management of the properties listed in the appendix of Limingan Asunnot Oy, with a price breakdown, but included in the same procurement package. It is also pos sible to purchase other maintenance services offered. The property management contract is for a fixed term starting from 1.4.2025 and ending on 31.5.2027 (“actual contract period”). After the actual contract period, the Customer has the right to extend the contract period for two one-year option periods (1+1) for the periods 1.6.2027 – 31.5.2028 and 1.6.2028 – 31.5.2029. The Customer shall notify the Supplier no later than six (6) months
