Description - Description: The purpose of this supply contract is the acquisition of natural gas and electricity for provincial establishments and local contracting authorities which have joined the Provincial Purchasing Center and which have expressed their inter est in the market. It consists more particularly in making available the power and supply of electrical energy in high voltage, low voltage and public lighting, as well as the supply of natural gas, at the delivery points indicated. The market is divided into four lots as listed in the inventory. Each lot constitutes a separate market. On the other hand, the bidder has the obligation to respond to all items in a lot. 1) Lot 1 – “100% green”
