Description - Description: The purpose of the framework agreement is the acquisition of new gas coaches, from 12 meters to 13 meters, class 2 and 3 and ancillary equipment for passenger transport. The "Goods", in this framework agreement, designate the new vehicle s as provided for in the Special Technical and Financial Clauses (CCTPF) of the framework agreement. The Goods are intended for the CATP Beneficiaries, in their capacity as contracting entity as defined in Article L. 1212-3, 4° of the CCP, under their activity as network operators intended to provide a service to the public in the field of passenger transport.
