Description - The contract consists of purchasing plumbing and watering equipment for the town of Brignoles. This is a framework agreement for supplies with multi-awarded purchase orders, with no minimum amount and a maximum amount, awarded for a year, renewable 3 times by express delivery for the same period. The maximum overall duration of the contract is 48 months. The framework agreement for purchase orders will be concluded in accordance with the provisions set out in articles R.2162.4 R.2162.5 - R2162.6 - R2162.13 - R 2162.14 of the Public Order Code. The 3 lots of the framework agreement will be allocated to a maximum of two holders per lot, subject to a sufficient number of applications and offers
