Description - Description: Tromsø Municipality Water and Sewerage will establish a new main water pipeline from Kaldslettnes to Kvaløya and further to Balsnes/Vikran. The Balsnes/Vikran waterworks does not meet the requirements of the Norwegian Food Safety Autho rity, and the area will therefore be supplied from Tromsø waterworks.
