Description - The contract takes a mixed form: it is concluded, with a single economic operator, both in the form of an "ordinary" contract for the completion of the initial project giving rise to the payment of a global and fixed price and under the form of a fra mework agreement for additional supplies and services by issuing purchase orders without prior negotiation or re-competition.
