Description - Description: The Päijät-Häme Welfare Area is requesting tenders for substance abuse treatment treatment and for the initiation and modification of opioid substitution treatment medicines as institutional care. The contract period is four (4) years , including two (2) fixed-term periods, followed by two (2) one (1) year options, each of which will decide on a sub-region specific to each. The treatment of substance abuse treatment is intended for adult clients, whose use of intoxicants by means of outpatient treatment is inadequate due to health risk or severe withdrawal symptoms.
