Description - Description: The Päijät-Häme Welfare Area is requesting tenders for institutional care for substance abuse and for the initiation and modification of opioid substitution treatment medicines. The contract period is four (4) years, including two (2) fixed-term periods, followed by two (2) one (1) year options, each of which will decide on a sub-region specific to each.
