Description - Description: The purpose of the framework agreement is to acquire a teaching method for hairdressing training that teachers from the eight CMA Formation Région Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur (CMAR PACA) centers can rely on. This framework agreement is issued according to the formalized procedure.
