Description - Description: The purpose of the framework agreement is to acquire a teaching method for hairdressing training that teachers from the eight CMA Formation Région Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur (CMAR PACA) centers can rely on. This framework agreement is awarded according to the formalized procedure. It is an open call for tenders, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L 2124-1 and 2124-2 and R 2124-1 and R2124-2 and R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The services give rise to a single-awardee framework agreement that is executed by purchase orders, with no minimum and a maximum financial value of 90,000 euros including tax for the initial term of the framework agreement.
