Description - Description: This is a formalized procedure contract awarded in accordance with Articles L1111-1, L1111-3, L2124-1 and 2, and Articles R2124-1 and 2 of the Public Procurement Code. This consultation corresponds in part to the relaunch of lot 1 of con sultation 2024C38, the purpose of which was the purchase of a 20 m3 BOM and which had been declared unsuccessful by the members of the Tender Commission meeting on December 10, 2024, following the irregularity of all 4 offers received. This lot was to be relaunched on the basis of amended specifications. It is the subject of this consultation to which the purchase of a second BOM has been added.
