Description - Description: The objective of this RFP is to hire a qualified General Contractor for building Memorial Arena Extension which is a 3000 sq ft. addition to the existing heritage building. After a thorough study of the Brampton Memorial Arena, it was id entified by Recreational Department that there is a need for additional change rooms/lockers rooms, storage rooms and additional specialized rooms such as an equipment room. Currently the Brampton Minor Lacrosse teams play out of this arena. Building Design and Construction determined that a 1 story, 3,000 sq. ft. addition can sufficiently accommodate the Lacrosse team’s requirements and will bring the arena more in line with current modern Cit
