Description - Description: Based on administration, there is a need for an application that optimally supports both employees and customers in full and process/case-driven. The need is also to promote the self -reliance and own strength of customers through digita l possibilities such as logging in through DigiD and customer portals where people have insight and perform certain things themselves. The size of the assignment is a properly functioning application in which at the time of award around 20 employees work and 550 regime files are processed.
