Description - Description: The objective of this project is to restore the structural integrity of Holt Lock Monolith 14R using post-stressed anchors and filling crack defects. The Contractor is to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform h orizontal drilling, installing horizontal post tension anchor bars, internal pressure grouting, epoxy injection of surface cracks, installing internal and external water stops, underwater concrete placement, and dewatering the lock chamber at Holt Lock. Note No. 1: All prospective contractors and their subcontractors and suppliers must be registered in The System for Award Management (SAM.gov) before they will be allowed to download solicitation
