Description - Description: On the basis of the Public Procurement Act 2012, the Municipality carries out a Competitive Dialogue for the tender for Advice 'Innovation in Realization of Child Centers'. The complexity and situation of this Assignment in question mean that standard solutions in the market are not suitable to meet the needs of the Municipality.
