Description - Description: The University of Houston System (“Owner”) is soliciting statements of qualifications (each a “Qualifications”) from interested firms (each a “Respondent”) that conduct analysis of energy consumption and provide effective sol utions for energy reduction (the “Services”) for facilities on the University of Houston Main campus. The number of facilities will be determined by the University.The selected firm shall perform analysis, design engineering, preparation of engineering plans and specifications, installation, commissioning, monitoring and verification of savings, and management of ESPC.
