Description - Description: The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of food equipment for the needs of regional apprentice training centers (CFAR) of the CMAR PACA. This framework agreement has passed accordin g to the formalized procedure. This is an open tender call, in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 2124-1, L. 2124-2 and R. 2124-1 and R. 2124-2, and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code. The services give rise to a mono-attributing framework agreement which runs by ordering, without minimum and with maximum financial value by lot.
