Description - Description: Adapted procedure in application of Article R2123-1 of the Public Procurement Code.The consultation will give rise to four single-awardee framework agreements with purchase orders without a minimum and with a single-awardee maximum (Lot 1 Item 2, Lot 2 Item 2, and Lot 4) in application of Articles R2162-2, R2162-4 2° and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.The contract is concluded for a fixed term of 12 months from notification of the contract. The contracts may be tacitly renewed three times for an identical period (12 months). The total duration of the framework agreement may not exceed 48 months. The maximum order volume for all lots combined over 12 months
