Description - Description: This consultation concerns agricultural animation on the catchment areas of priority catchments. The procurement procedure used is the open adapted procedure. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1° of the Public Procurement Code. The services will be the subject of a framework agreement with a maximum of one economic operator entered into in application of Articles L.2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. This framework agreement sets out all the contractual stipulations. It is executed as and when purchase orders are issued. The framework agreement is concluded for a fixed period of 3 years
