Description - Description: The 673d Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson Alaska is searching for vendors capable of providing an Air Deployable Cargo Handling (Hi-Line) Dock system to offload T2 pallets from C-130 and C-17 Cargo Aircraft in aus tere environments. The product must be small enough to take up a single cargo pallet (463L pallet, 176" x 216") space with all tools and equipment required and must be able to handle fully loaded T2 missile pallets with up to 10K lbs. of cargo per pallet when assembled.
